Oficinas 73 is a workspace for a small group dedicated to lodging. Starting with a 134sqm empty warehouse, the project intends to give the space natural lightning and open areas. The office has three private offices, one meeting room, one mid-open office, a work station for up to 8 comfortable people, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace and an exhibition space for their arch-models.
