Casa Valse occupies an unused area, at the bottom of a property on lake Valsequillo. The small house has a bedroom and living area facing the lake, behind a kitchen, a full bathroom with two showers and two taps, and further back another terrace for his motorbikes. The lake front opens up completely towards the lake.
